Sona Heiden was born on 13 June 1979 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Her father is an Anglo-Indian (French) and mother Tamil. She completed her graduation in commerce from Annamalai University and later completed Fashion & Designing Marketing from Kamaraj University.
She is famous for her item dance in various Kollywood films. She won the "Miss South India" title in 2002. She has also acted in many Telugu and Malayalam films.
She own a production house in Columbia and has also started many fashion stores named "UNIQ" all over the globe. In 2010 she was awarded "The Best Entrepreneur Award".
